A 44-year-old Janesville woman is facing charges after the Wisconsin State Patrol says she was stopped driving under the influence with five children under the age of 16 in the vehicle.  Authorities say a trooper stopped Fredricka Lynn Burks Wednesday for a violation on Northbound I-39/90/94 in Dane County.  The trooper reported Burks showed signs of impairment.  She was taken into custody and cited for Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense with a Passenger Under 16.  The children were released to a responsible party.
