The Beloit man who is accused of driving drunk with a truck load of kids will remain free while his case works its way through the court system.

36-year-old Ricardo Villalobos made his initial appearance before Rock County Court Commissioner Jack Hoag Monday afternoon for a charge of operating while intoxicated third offense with a minor child in the vehicle.

Hoag set a $1000 signature bond for Villalobos and ordered that he not drive a vehicle and maintain absolute sobriety.

According to the criminal complaint Villalobos was stopped for swerving near the five points intersection in Janesville on Sunday. An adult female and five juveniles were passengers in the vehicle.
