One person is dead and another seriously injured after a traffic crash near Stoughton.  The Dane County Sheriff’s Office reports an SUV traveling northbound on Highway 51 at County Highway B, in the Town of Dunn, crossed the centerline a little after 8:00 p.m. Sunday and hit a pick-up truck head-on.  Officials say the 69-year-old driver of the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene.  The 47-year-old driver of the pick-up was taken to an area hospital.  Traffic was rerouted for several hours.  The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased after the family is notified.
